Description

The TwinHealth consortium of the Medical Faculty Tübingen (MFT) started in 2016 to establish research-open and sustainable twin research at the location Tübingen. Twin research is particularly suitable for clarifying which parts of disease and health behavior are more genetically determined and which are more influenced by environmental and lifestyle influences. The cohort contains currently around 500 twin pairs.
