Description

The study cohort consists of a total of 289 neurologically and psychiatrically healthy adults, including 122 young (67 male, 65 female, age range 18-35) and 167 older (67 male, 100 female, age range 51-80) participants. Neuropsychological assessment: working memory (n-back), alertness, interference processing (flanker), flexibility, different forms of memory (VLMT, WMS logical memory subtest) Questionnaires/interview: MINI interview, SKID, personality (TCI, NEO-FFI), trauma history (THQ), STAI, STDS, acute perceived stress (PSS-10) 3T (f)MRI measures: T1-weighted MPRAGE image, functional MRI during visual memory encoding task, Resting State, FLAIR Blood: serum, plasma and DNA
